Ramos House Café in San Juan Capistrano is a gem! We took the train, which conveniently dropped us off right at the historic district, just steps from the café. It was the perfect spot for our girls’ day out. We enjoyed brunch and cocktails on the charming front patio, and everything was fantastic. The food was fresh and flavorful, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was so inviting. A must-visit if you’re in the area!

Beautiful historic outdoor patio setting for having lunch. Enjoyed everything we ordered. Best fried green tomatoes, crispy. Delicious and fresh flavors, crab cake salad and Cajun shrimp tacos. Smore dessert, delicious cookie crust around ice cream with homemade toasted marshmallow. Friendly and efficient staff. Look forward to coming back to try other items on their menu.

Went here with my wife on a Saturday and got the brunch. It's $45 per person. For that amount you can choose 2 dishes on the menu. Ambiance is nice but expensive for what I got. Can't even include the latte I ordered in that price. The dishes is ok but not great for what you're paying.

This is a really cool spot for a destination brunch or lunch. The menu concept is exceptional, there is something for everyone and every diet. The cocktails are delicious. The plating of the food is beautiful. Everything we ordered was under seasoned except for the Bloody Mary and the Scotch Quail Egg. As a Chef, the one lesson that sticks with me the most is when my Chef told me he would rather have his menu over seasoned than under.

What a nice environment for a lunch or a brunch. Food is excellent!
I had the huevos rancheros. My hubby had the crab stack. And my daughter had the bacon scramble.
The apple Benet’s are great.
Note that it’s more expensive on the weekends because it’s a prix fix.
